Taking this leap also meant, SAP had to drink their own champagne as a key reference customer of SuccessFactors and the reality was redesigning processes, changing employee mindset, challenging the old way of doing things, and pushing for improvements and investments in the solution itself.

SAP realized significant bottom line business benefits as a result of the disruption. By merging core HR data with financial data, SAP is now able to make intelligent predictions and decisions about the future of HR at SAP.
